Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and pre-orders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate notification once your order has shipped. Please note that the email that your order has been fulfilled will be sent to you when we purchase and print your label. Please allow time for that order to be scanned in by the shipping provider and to update tracking information (if available).
Please note: shipping timeframes begin after fulfillment, not from the date of purchase.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will ship on or around the date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Pre-order inventory is reserved at the time your order is placed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together when the pre-order item is ready. We are unable to split shipments.
Need to cancel? We understand that plans can change and we aim to honor all cancellation requests whenever possible. Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed by our team before your order enters fulfillment. Once fulfillment begins, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests.
If there are any delays beyond the expected ship date, we will notify you by email. We always aim to ship on time — or earlier whenever possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Speeds
Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts)
Flat Rate Shipping of $5.25 for orders under $100
This is subject to change in promotional periods.
Economy Shipping (Default)
All orders ship via economy shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.
We use the lowest cost shipping option available at the time of fulfillment, which is typically USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver, but may vary at our discretion.
Delivery timing varies by carrier and destination.
Expedited Shipping Options
If you need your order sooner, you may select expedited shipping at checkout:
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives 3–5 business days after fulfillment
Express Shipping: Typically arrives 2 business days after fulfillment
Please note: These timelines begin once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of your shipping confirmation, please email us at support@thepoppybrand.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
We’re a small business and unfortunately can’t absorb the cost of lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
At checkout, we offer optional shipping protection through Route, and we strongly recommend including it with your order.
If Route protection is selected and your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with Route at:
Once approved, Route will issue a replacement or refund according to their policy.
Please note:
- Route may require verification information, including personal or biometric information, to process a claim.
- If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, Route will not cover the claim.
- If an incorrect address was entered, we are unable to re-ship the order.
- If Route protection is not included at checkout, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
