Why I Made This

For the muddy days and the freedom to not overthink it.

There’s this in-between phase of motherhood I’ve found myself in — not quite the diaper bag days anymore, but definitely not hands-free either.

We’re living life wide open—from T-ball to the river, the pump track to the library, and back home in time for a neighborhood walk. Dirt on my pants is a daily occurrence. There’s always a stash of snacks, a water bottle, and usually someone asking me to carry their rock collection.

I needed a bag that fit this season.
One I could throw on easily, pack full, set down in the grass or dirt without worrying about it. Something spacious enough for snacks, sunscreen, and extra clothes — and still comfortable while I kept up with my kids.

So I created The Freckle Bag.

It’s machine washable — for the moms who know dirt is part of the adventure.
It has a removable insulated cooler pocket to keep pouches cold and string cheese from turning questionable.

Freckle is the bag I grab when the plan is no plan, just out-and-about kid life. It’s perfect for the active days.

Yes! One of the things moms love most about The Freckle Bag is that it's machine washable.

Simply remove the cooler pocket first (it's wipe-clean but not machine washable), leave all pockets open, and wash on a delicate cycle. We recommend washing it with a load of towels to help protect the hardware while it's tumbling in the washer.

Allow the bag to air dry completely before using it again.
